As MIYAVO operates on a print-on-demand model, products are manufactured after an order is successfully placed.

4. Product Representation
We make every effort to display product colours, designs, and details accurately.
However:
* Actual colours may vary due to differences in screen settings, photography, lighting, and printing processes.
* Minor variations in print placement, shade, stitching, or finishing may occur.
* Garment measurements may vary by approximately ±0.5 to 1 inch and shall not be considered defects.
Such variations are inherent to the manufacturing process and do not qualify for returns or exchanges.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive or exclusive of taxes as indicated at checkout.
Orders are confirmed only upon successful receipt of payment.
MIYAVO reserves the right to correct pricing errors, cancel orders affected by technical issues, or refuse transactions at its discretion.
In the event an order is cancelled after payment, any eligible refund shall be processed to the original payment method if deemed fit as per our policy guidelines.
MIYAVO currently accepts online payments only. Since every order is specially processed and prepared for you, online payment helps us confirm genuine orders, avoid unnecessary returns and cancellations, and keep our prices fair. 6. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase products from MIYAVO.
We reserve the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

Orders may be cancelled or modified only before production begins.
Once printing or fulfilment has commenced, cancellations or modifications will not be possible.

MIYAVO currently ships only within India.
Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed.
Delivery delays may occur due to:

* Events beyond our reasonable control
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
