Orders & Fulfilment
When will my order be processed?
All MIYAVO products are made specially for you after an order is placed. Orders are typically processed, printed, packed, and dispatched within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
During launches, sales, or festive periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Why is my t-shirt made after ordering?
MIYAVO follows a print-on-demand model. This means your garment is printed only after you place an order, helping reduce overproduction and waste while ensuring fresh production for every customer.
Are processing times counted in business days?
Yes. Processing times are calculated in business days only and exclude Sundays and public holidays.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders may be cancelled or modified only before production begins.
Since every MIYAVO product is made specially for you after an order is placed, cancellations or changes may not be possible once printing or fulfilment has started.
How long does delivery take?
Once dispatched, delivery timelines generally are:
• Metro cities: 2–5 business days
• Other cities and towns: 3–7 business days
• Remote locations: 5–10 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on courier services, weather conditions, and local circumstances.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link. You can track its journey in real time.
Why does MIYAVO offer only online payment and not Cash on Delivery (COD)?
MIYAVO currently accepts online payments only. Since every order is specially processed and prepared for you, online payment helps us confirm genuine orders, avoid unnecessary returns and cancellations, and keep our prices fair. It also allows us to process your order smoothly and get it dispatched without delays. We appreciate your trust and support as a growing brand.
Shipping
Do you ship across India?
Yes, MIYAVO currently ships across India.
International shipping may be introduced in the future.
Is shipping free?
Yes, shipping is included in the final price of your order. There are no additional shipping charges at checkout.
What happens if I enter the wrong shipping address?
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information during checkout.
MIYAVO shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
What happens if my order is lost in transit?
If an order is confirmed as lost in transit by the courier partner, MIYAVO may arrange a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution at its sole discretion.

What if I’m between sizes?
If you’re between sizes or prefer a looser fit, we recommend choosing the next size up.
Actual garment measurements may vary by approximately ±0.5 to 1 inch due to manufacturing processes and measurement methods. Such variations are considered normal and do not qualify as defects.
What is the difference between Classic Fit and Oversized Drop Shoulder?

Fabric & Printing
What fabric do you use?
MIYAVO uses premium cotton fabrics:
• 180 GSM Cotton – Classic Fit
• 240 GSM Cotton – Oversized Drop Shoulder
What printing technology do you use?
We use high-quality DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing to achieve vibrant colours, sharp details, and long-lasting prints.
Will the print crack or fade?
Our prints are designed for durability. Proper care helps maintain print quality.
Will the product colour match exactly what I see on screen?
We strive to display product colours as accurately as possible. However, actual colours may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings, lighting conditions, photography, and printing processes.
Wash Care
How should I wash my MIYAVO t-shirt?
For best results:
• Wash inside out
• Machine wash cold
• Use mild detergent
• Do not bleach
• Do not iron directly on the print
• Line dry when possible
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange my order?
Since every MIYAVO product is made specially for you after an order is placed, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Incorrect size selection
• Change of mind
• Colour preference
• Accidental orders
Print-on-demand products are created specifically for each customer and cannot easily be restocked.
What if I receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging and shipping label
• Unboxing video by the customer
Upon verification, MIYAVO may provide a replacement or refund at its sole discretion, depending on the nature of the issue and product availability.
What proof is required for damaged or incorrect items?
To help us investigate claims efficiently, customers are strongly encouraged to record an unboxing video from the moment the sealed package is opened.
Claims without sufficient proof may be difficult to verify and may not be eligible for replacement.
Can replacement or refund requests be refused?
MIYAVO reserves the right to refuse replacement or refund requests in cases of suspected misuse, fraud, abuse of policy, or insufficient evidence.
